The Terraces at Ayala Greenfield

Exclusive residential development Ayala Greenfield recently launched a new phase to its already bustling up upscale community. The Terraces was launched to maximize the magnificent views of the property, according to Ayala Land, Inc.’s department manager Pol Tanco.

"The master-plan of The Terraces calls for maximizing the available views. The design of the phase was therefore meticulously planned to achieve this objective. In addition, the master-plan called for this phase to be right next to the Village Clubhouse and Nature Park to offer residents easy access to the amenity areas."
