When you meet Ramon "Mon" Aldaba for the first time, youre instantly drawn into his warmth and openness. Exuding the charm and confidence of a seasoned marketing pro, Mon is amicable and easy to deal with.
But Mon is not your typical corporate guy. Mon is the "visionary" behind Omni-orient Marketing Network, Inc. (OMNI), the marketing arm of Federal Land, Inc. (a dynamic real-estate company affiliated with the Metrobank Group). Mon heads OMNI with a clear-cut and strong vision: to "vanguard OMNI into becoming the recognized leader in real-estate marketing for the new millennium."
Mon formed OMNI last year and as a "young" company he is very proud with the performance of his Divisions. OMNI is one of todays fastest growing real-estate companies with sales offices located in key cities in Mandaluyong, Parañaque, Pasay, Manila, as well as their main office showroom located in Legaspi Village, Makati.
As senior vice president and chief operating officer of OMNI, Mon envisions building the credibility of the company through its well-trained and highly skilled sales and marketing managers. Mon reiterates that OMNI does not ony sells condominium homes "we sell relationships." This motivation has driven OMNIs sales agents to become more personalized in dealing with their current and prospective clients. Many of OMNIs sales managers go beyond selling and becoming their clients confidantes and friends, not only on the topic of choosing their own home.
Concurrent with heading OMNI, Mon is the first vice president for sales and marketing of Federal Land, Inc. Mon has formulated and implemented marketing strategies and tactics that boosted the company and achieve the high reputation that it is enjoying today in the real-estate industry. Mons wide-ranging experience in sales and marketing has helped transform Federal Land and OMNI-orient to become admired companies in the country today.
With extensive years in the real-estate business, according to Mon, Federal Land is among the elite few in the industry that offers a better and improved lifestyle for its valued residents and referring clientele.
