Chevrolet gives CHANCE to flooded cars with discounts on parts and labor

MANILA, Philippines - Maring’s devastating path through Metro Manila and most of Northern Luzon has wrought damage across many sectors—the car industry being no exception. Just as with Ondoy in 2009, many vehicles suffered damages from being submerged in floodwaters that rose too high and too quickly. The Covenant Car Company Inc. (TCCCI), the exclusive importer and distributor of Chevrolet automobiles and parts in the Philippines, recognizes just how costly it is to have vehicles restored to their former condition. Knowing full well the burden that such situations place on our countrymen, Chevrolet Philippines came up with a way to take on some of that hardship through CHANCE.

As an extension of its aftersales services, CHANCE is a program that was conceptualized with helping the Chevrolet community in mind. It gives Chevrolet customers a chance to revive their flooded vehicles minus the hassles of dealing with prohibitive costs for the repairs through discount offerings such 40% off on Electronic Control Modules and 20% discount on labor. It also gives them a chance to acquaint themselves with the unique brand of service that Chevrolet is known for all over the world.

Aside from services like the 24/7 Roadside assistance and 5 year warranty program that Chevrolet Philippines provides in every Chevrolet vehicle purchase, Chevrolet Philippines along with its equally caring and dedicated dealerships offer yet another program that is beneficial for its customers through TCCCI’s National Aftersales Service’s CHANCE. With rates that will encourage its customers to avail of the discounts and bring their affected vehicles to their service centers, the hope is for all Chevrolet customers to make use of the opportunity to get their vehicles back on the road and in as good shape as they were before.

The CHANCE promo will be in place from August 28 to September 30, 2013 and will be available to all Chevrolet dealers in Luzon and Metro Manila.

SVP and Director for National Aftersales Services, Rose Dimalanta, speaks on behalf of TCCCI as she talks about leaning in with the rest of the country and getting through this recent challenge. “These are situations we hope never happen. We, at Chevrolet, have always believed in being there for our customers, and that goes for good times and for bad. Our promise of offering lasting relationships with our customers will stand, especially in times like this. They trusted us to give them a vehicle that would get them through important moments in their lives, and we are going to stay with them to make sure that their vehicles are put back in shape for their daily use.”

Visit any of Chevrolet service centers nationwide or call for an appointment through hotline no. 846-CHEV (2438) until September 30, 2013 to avail of the CHANCE offering. For further details, please log on to www.chevrolet.com.ph and “like” and add Chevrolet Philippines on Facebook.
