Free fuel from Michelin

MANILA, Philippines - In line with the recent worldwide launch of its global advertising campaign, “The right tire changes everything.” – Michelin, one of the world’s leading tire makers, is giving fuel certificates to its customers until May 31.

The new campaign’s slogan aims to explain to the consumers the benefits of using its tires. Michelin tires simultaneously deliver enhanced braking power, greater longevity and superior fuel efficiency. The campaign shows that by using the right tire, consumers can reduce fuel consumption, increase driving safety and extend tread life.

Until May 31, every single-receipt purchase of Michelin passenger car/light truck (PCLT) tires of the same pattern from any participating Michelin dealer entitles consumers to a complimentary fuel gift certificate which can be redeemed at select Petron outlets nationwide (Per DTI-NCR Permit No. 1085, Series of 2010).

The amount of fuel gift certificates to be issued to the consumer depends on the quantity and pattern of purchased Michelin tires, as follows: Two Michelin Performance Sport tires (Pilot Preceda or Pilot Sport) – P1,000; Two Performance Comfort tires (Primacy LC, Energy MXV8 or Energy XM1) – P1,000; Two Recreational Light Truck 4x4 tires (Latitude, LTX A/T or Diamaris) – P500; and Two Entry/Commercial Light Trucks tires (XM1, Energy XM1, Vanpix or Agilis) – P500.

For Energy XM1, the 14-inch rim falls under “Entry”, while the 15-inch rim falls under “Performance comfort”.
