An infinitely great literary piece

Award-winning author Miguel Syjuco recently launched his book “Ilustrado” with Smart Infinity led by special assistant to the president and Investor Relations, Enterprise and Risk Management head Debbie Tan and Smart Infinity Business Group department head Julie Carceller. Held at the newly-renovated Powerbooks store in Greenbelt 4, it was well-attended by groups of “literati” who were all excited to know how the 2008 Man Asian Literary Prize winner came up with the literary masterpiece. Guests were also treated to the magnificent offers of Smart Infinity which included a Nokia mobile phone as a raffle prize during the event. Seen during the launch were Powerbooks general manager Gabby Licauco, Smart Infinity Subscriber Management and Marketing manager Bobby Aquino, National Bookstore purchasing manager Xandra Ramos-Padilla and MacMillan Philippines country manager Shy Angeles. I can’t wait to read more of this luminous piece and future works of this brilliant writer!
