MANILA, Philippines - The Allied Banking Corp., Philippine National Bank (PNB), Department of Education, 10 Rotary Districts and Rotary Club of Bagumbayan-Manila held the 10th Voice of Our Youth (VOY) Impromptu Speaking Competition Grand finals recently.
The board of judges consists of Dr. Fe A. Hidalgo, Dr. Jose A. Dalisay Jr., Dr. Evelina M. Vicencio, Manuel L. Quezon III and Bernadette Sembrano-Aguinaldo. Marlo Karlo T. Carrasco of St. Mary’s Development School of Cagayan De Oro City was named national champ while Vicente Benjamin G. Gustilo of St. John’s Institute of Bacolod City was the runner-up.
An appreciation dinner hosted by founder Dr. Lucio C. TanTan followed to award the cash prizes for the winner. Allied Bank president Reynaldo A. Maclang, and PNB president Omar Byron T. Mier likewise graced the affair.
