MANILA, Philippines — Property giant Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) has launched a digital platform that centralizes property management for homeowners of Ayala Land Premier, Alveo, Avida and Amaia.

ALI is introducing Access Ayala Land, which provides a single and intuitive dashboard for tracking payments, receiving construction updates, scheduling appointments and storing documents, all from a computer or mobile device.

“The platform delivers convenience and transparency in the home buying journey,” ALI vice president and premium residential business group project development head Carissa Feria-Dare said.

“Our homeowners put their trust in Ayala Land. Just as we are elevating our products to better serve our customer, we likewise want to elevate the property buying and management experience. Access Ayala Land empowers them with the tools to manage their properties effortlessly – anytime, anywhere,” she said.

Access Ayala Land is part of the property giant’s broader strategy to integrate digital solutions into homeownership.

By leveraging technology, ALI said it is enhancing customer convenience, improving efficiency and setting a new standard in property management.

ALI said the platform offers real-time payment tracking and instant access to statements of account. Users can download official receipts and monitor balances.
