PIK named breakthrough developer in PropertyGuru Philippines awards

MANILA, Philippines — PIK, the largest technology and homebuilding company in Russia and Europe, was recognized as the Breakthrough Developer at the recent PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards.

Its maiden development in the country, One Sierra, was also highly commended in the category for Best Upper Mid End Condo Development in Metro Manila. The residential project, strategically located in Mandaluyong City, was launched only this year.

PIK was awarded for bringing its expertise in advancing real estate with technology to the country, and was particularly recognized for its excellent image, track record, innovation, major achievements, and quality of projects. The Breakthrough Developer award is one of the event’s top awards, highlighting how PIK has laid out a strong foundation for the future of its investments here in the Philippines in its first year of expanding to the Asia-Pacific region.
