MANILA, Philippines — Filinvest Land Inc. and DMCI Homes are expanding their respective residential footprints with the launch of new projects.
FLI held the groundbreaking for its latest residential project, Hampton Orchards Phase 2, under its Aspire brand.
The project is the latest development within the 32-hectare community located between the cities of Angeles and San Fernando in Pampanga.
Hampton Orchards Phase 2 is part of FLI’s plan to launch P30 billion worth of residential developments this year.
The company believes that its performance in the residential sector has shown its ability to address the needs of its core market— the affordable and middle-income home buyers.
Under the plan, FLI will develop an 18-hectare property into individual residential properties with lot cuts ranging from 156 to 469 square meters.
The target market includes families, OFWs, and individuals looking for a sound investment.
Amenities include pools, a clubhouse, children’s playground, and a multi-purpose court.
FLI senior vice president and North Luzon cluster head Tristan Las Marias said Hampton Orchards Phase 2 is currently in the pre-selling stage.
DMCI Homes, for its part, is also expanding in eastern Metro Manila with a new project adjacent to its Prisma Residences in Pasig City.
It is developing a new residential condominium with sales value of P14.36 billion.
DMCI Homes assistant vice president for project development Dennis Yap said the new two-tower project would rise on the 1.3-hectare lot beside Prisma Residences in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
The condominium is among the five new projects DMCI Homes is eyeing to launch before the end of the year.
“The new development will be our 12th residential project in Pasig City since DMCI Homes started operations in 1999. It is worth noting also that since 2016, this will be our ninth project in the city which only reflects the big demand for residential spaces in eastern Metro Manila,” Yap said.
Apart from Prisma Residences, other projects of DMCI Homes in Pasig are Satori Residences, Fairlane Residences and Brixton Place.
Meanwhile, ready for occupancy projects include Lumiere Residences, Sheridan Towers, East Raya Gardens, Riverfront Residences, Mayfield Park Residences, Levina Place, and Mirea Residences.
DMCI Homes has launched a total of 76 projects since 1999.
