Frost & Sullivan names DTSI Contact Center Applications System Integrator of the Year

MANILA, Philippines -Philippine business solutions enabler DTSI Group was recently recognized as the 2014 Frost & Sullivan Contact Center Applications System Integrator of the Year. The award was presented at the Frost & Sullivan Philippines Excellence Award banquet ceremony held at Shangri-La Manila in Makati.

The prestigious accolade, given annually by global business consulting firm Frost & Sullivan, is conferred to a company that has exemplified outstanding achievement and consistent performance in the country’s contact center industry category.

In his acceptance speech, DTSI president and CEO Miguel Antonio C. Garcia said: “This award is a source of great pride not just for DTSI Group but for the entire Filipino nation. It is a validation of our hard work and continuing commitment to deliver the best and customized solutions to our clients. With this recognition from our peers in the industry, we are passionately driven to excel in what we do to further promote our valued services and solutions in the service of our clients’ businesses.”

DTSI was chosen as recipient of the award based on a comprehensive research performed by industry and Frost & Sullivan analysts. A series of in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research were conducted to compare market revenue and revenue growth, strategies, and future plans among other factors.

“With the country’s thriving contact center industry, DTSI Group has consistently leveraged its position in the market through strategic partnerships with leading IT solution vendors such as AVAYA and Verint,” added Garcia. This is the second award DTSI has received from Frost & Sullivan, following its Contact Center Applications Value-added Reseller of the Year Award in 2013.
