Biggest contact center expo set

MANILA, Philippines - On Jan. 27-28, 2015, the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) will host its 10th International Contact Center Conference & Expo (ICCCE) at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The ICCCE is the largest contact center industry event by size and scope anywhere. It is the premier learning and networking event of the Philippine center industry.

With the theme “Celebrating Success, Reshaping the Future”, the ICCCE is set to highlight the industry milestones and ensure it is ahead of the challenges. As such, the topics will emphasize on the “Digital Phenomenon” and how the industry makes good use of its advantages. The in-depth discussions will cover human resources, location strategies, operations and technology, among others.

The ICCCE carries on with its winning formula: bringing in the most respected subject matter experts to talk about the most relevant topics through in-depth discussions and presentations, thereby providing the best informed insights of highest relevance to the industry.

This year is even more special as the group celebrates a decade of success. To complement the celebration, invited speakers from world-renowned firms such as Google, Linkedin, Salesforce.com, and Spotify would be something to look forward to.

CCAP president Benedict Hernandez will present his industry report, which will highlight the significant achievements and challenges in the contact center industry.

“Prophet of Boom” Dr. Bernardo Villegas will speak of his economic forecast for the voice segment of the growing BPO industry.

President Benigno Aquino III will delivery his key note message to conclude the two-day conference.

The ICCCE designed to equip contact center professionals with the skills and knowledge of new industry trends, innovations and technologies that they can apply to their workplace. It also provides a venue for non-contact center representatives (suppliers, retailers, financial institutions, real estate professionals etc.) to understand how they can take advantage of this continuously growing industry either as clients or service providers.
