Lecturers in this program include Marie Segura who has done extensive cultural awareness programs in various multinational organizations in the Asia-Pacific region including Deutsche Bank, WHO and ADB. She is a certified Culture Coach specialist of ITAP International and is also the official Ken Blanchard leadership programs global facilitator.
It will also feature Robin Velasco who is currently HR vice president for Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC) which is a holding company for Meralco, North Luzon Toll Roads, Maynilad, Makati Medical, Cardinal Santos, Asian Hospital and other companies.
His initiatives include the development of a totally new performance management system, performance based bonus scheme, long term incentive plan (stock and cash), and compensation and benefits structure of MPIC. Prior to this, he was the HR director for Asia in Synovate (Global Market Research firm), leading the HR Function for 12 Asian countries (2007 to 2008) and was HR director, talent management for Asia Pacific, for Johnson and Johnson 2005 to 2007.
The third lecturer is Ruy Y. Moreno, vice chairman of Center for Global Best Practices and concurrently, Executive Vice President and board director of NADECOR, executive director of the International Chamber of Commerce (Philippines) and operations director (private sector) of the National Competitiveness Council.
