Eton City's West Wing Residences a home in a business district

With four central business districts (CBD)—Makati, Ortigas, Bonifacio Global City, and Alabang—plus two more shaping up in Quezon City and the reclamation area in Manila Bay, Metro Manila is no doubt the hub of financial centers in the country. But the suburb is getting a piece of the action. Eton City, the flagship township development of Eton Properties Philippines Inc. in Laguna, is on its way to creating a CBD in the suburb of the capital region.

The 4-bedroom Eisenhower House is the largest with a lot area of 130 sq. m. and floor area of 110 sq. m.
