Phinma set to launch Asya Enclaves, other projects
MANILA, Philippines - Phinma Property Holdings Corp., the country’s leading developer in medium-cost condominiums, plans to launch Asya Enclaves and has acquired two other properties that will be launched in the first quarter this year.
Plans are underway to bring the project line-up to six simultaneous developments this year.
The company has also made plans for its first condominium development outside Metro Manila, with its eyes set on other urban centers like Cebu and Davao, Phinma Properties president Willie J. Uy said.
“The market in urban areas outside Metro Manila is right for us to come in. The price range of condominiums in Cebu and Davao are similar to that of Metro Manila’s so if we introduce our projects there, it will be advantageous to buyers since we offer the best value for money condominiums,” he said.
The company continues to acquire more suitable properties in prime locations in and outside the Metro area to entice its target market to invest in quality yet affordable homes. It has adopted the slogan “City Living Made Easy” to indicate that everything is within a resident’s reach.
Phinma Properties said its projects are all strategically located near major thoroughfares and transportation hubs as well as commercial establishments, hospitals, schools, and banks. These projects also provide recreation and leisure facilities such as landscaped gardens, pools, fitness hubs, and jogging paths.
Uy said Phinma Properties takes pride in being the only developer to be awarded a Triple ISO Certification for Quality, Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health Management standards and strives to offer potential buyers the best-value-for-money deals with more space for the same price versus other local developers.
He said one can own a condo unit from Phinma Properties for as low as P1 million yet have a bigger floor area than other developments. “This is our continuing commitment, to produce more quality yet affordable homes in strategic locations in urban areas,” said Uy.
“We will continue to deliver homes that offer more space that buyers can afford,” Grant Orbeta, vice president for marketing and sales added.
Phinma Properties began operations in 1987 and started with horizontal housing projects in locations like Cavite, Laguna, and Quezon City. It was in 1996 that the company opened its doors to building mid-rise, low-density condominiums and has already completed several condominium projects since then.
Fountain Breeze in Parañaque City and projects in Quezon City like San Benissa Garden Villas, Spazio Bernardo, and Spazio Bernardo West Villas are just a few of the company’s recent developments. Also included in the company’s portfolio are Flora Vista and Sofia Bellevue, both of which are located in Quezon City, and the soon-to-be launched Asya Enclaves Alabang.
