Learn the art of baking

MANILA, Philippines - The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on banking and bread making at the PTTC, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Roxas Blvd., Manila, cor Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., on Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The daylong seminar will provide actual demonstration and hands-on experience for beginners and bread enthusiasts on how to make various bakery products.

Also participants will be taught how to decorate cakes such as fondant cake icing decorating with basic gum paste of flowers are also included in this day long seminar. Sourcing of materials, costing and step-by-step guidelines on how to open your home-based business will also be discussed.

Each participant will receive a certificate of training right after the seminar. Lunch and snacks will be served and all the raw materials for demo and hands-on training including handouts will also be provided.
