Meat and fish processing seminar set
MANILA, Philippines - Learn how to process meat and fish and earn extra cash. The Golden Treasure Skills Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on meat and fish-processing at the PTTC, Department of Trade and Industry Bldg. (DTI), Roxas Blvd., cor. Sen. Gil Puyat Ave. on Aug. 22, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Topics to be discussed are sourcing of materials and costing. Participants will get to experience on how to make tocino, skinless longganisa, bacon, Chinese (canton) sausage, embutido, chicken nuggets, chicken and pork ham, pork kikiam, fish ball, fish fillet, spanish and tomato sardine, fish burger, squid ball, corned beef.
Bonus courses include how to make vegetable preserved (achara from papaya, ampalaya, carrot, sayote, etc.), peanut butter and how to debone bangus. Each participant will receives a certificate of training.
