Sitel names new global COO

MANILA, Philippines - Sitel, a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, has appointed Bert Quintana as its new global chief operations officer (COO). Quintana‘s directive is to continue to enhance the alignment between companies outsourcing contact center operations and Sitel’s capabilities from a people, process and technology perspective. Sitel’s BPO activities include site start-up and growth in India, El Salvador, and the Philippines.
