Braganza to induct CMAP officers

Press Secretary Hernani A. Braganza will induct the new set of officers of the Circulation Managers Association of the Philippines (CHAP) on its 15th induction ceremony to be held at the penthouse of Manila Bulletin Bldg., in Muralla cor. Recoletos St., Intramuros, today, March 21 at 6 p.m.

To be inducted as CMAP officers for the year 2003-2005 are Jesus H. Mallare of Manila Bulletin, president; Bienvenido B. Baltazar of Philippine Daily Inquirer; VP internal; Gilbert E. Sison of Liwayway Publishing Inc., VP-external; Rosalinda A. Fernando, secretary; Fernando R. Lopez of The STAR, treasurer; Raul B. Perez of Atlas Publishing, auditor; Rodrigo Cardino of Abante, PRO; Augustino E. Binegas Jr. of NVRS Publishing, business manager; and directors Renato E. Cayanan of Aliw Publishing, Raymond I. Rivera of Bandera, Rolly D. Batuigas of Imbestigador, Feliciano T. Buscas, of Manila Standard, Dante S. Castro of Malaya, Isaias San Luis of Manila Times, Menchie Adiovoso of Newsbreak, Nelson B. Lim of Newsweek International, Belen B. Nicdao of Philippine Jounalist Inc., Carlito P. Sala of Pilipino STAR Ngayon and Allan Paul Plaza of Remate.

Publisher Napoleon G. Rama of Manila Bulletin will be the guest speaker at tonight’s event which is expected to be attended by the publishers and officers of member-publications as well as the officers of the two newspaper dealers organization, NMCDAP and PMDO.
