MANILA, Philippines — Itinalaga ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. si dating Supreme Court Spokesperson Atty. Brian Keith Hosaka bilang Executive Director ng Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI).

Sa Executive Order no. 94, nakasaad na tungkulin ng executive director na pamunuan ang Secretariat ng panel.

Nilagdaan ni Pangulong Marcos ang appointment ni Hosaka nitong Setyembre, 24. May ranggong Undersecretary ang Executive Director.

Si Hosaka ay naging tagapagsalita ng Korte Suprema noong panahon nina Chief Justices Alexander Gesmundo, Diosdado Peralta, at Lucas Bersamin.
