Unsa imo’ng vitamins nga gi-take karon? Pare-pareho man gud ta og edad. Nya nakabasa ko nga ang vitamins nga i-take, dapat swak sa edad. Effective ba?

Dear Marjorie,
I’m currently taking vit D3, chelated magnesium, concentrated omega – 3 & vit k2. I alternate these with a multivitamin. I think it’s helping coz I’ve never been sick this entire quarantine season. But it’s best to consult your doctor first before taking supplements. Ug ayaw pagsalig sa vitamins. Exercise regularly, eat healthy, get enough sleep and drink lots of water. And remember, importante pud kaayo ato’ng inner peace. Palayo sa stress!
