If you focus on the quality of the food you eat while restricting the quantity, plus you exercise, you will see great results. Maniwang ka, pero you will be stronger and healthier. Stay away from junk food, too much carbs and sugar. Up your veggies, meat and good fats. Plus try intermittent fasting. As long as wala kay underlying conditions that would make this difficult.
