NCAA niawhag nga ihunong una ang pagtrabaho sa BRT
CEBU, Philippines — Ang National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) niawhag sa implementer sa maong proyekto nga ihunong usa ang pagtrabaho sa Cebu Bus Rapid Transit CBRT.
Sa sulat sa NCCA chairman nga si Victorino Manalo ngadto kang Undersecretary Anneli Lontoc sa DOTr, nangayo kini og duha ka dokumento sa maong proyekto alang sa assessment ug approval sa NCCA.
Ang maong mga dokumento mao ang Archeological Impact Assessment (AIA) sa proyekto subay sa RA No 10066 o ang National Cultural Heritage Act of 2009 ug sa DENR-EMB memorandum circular. Ikaduha ang development plans apil na ang mitigation activities pagpanalipod sa sight line sa Capitol building ug sa Osme a Boulevard Fuente Circle Vista Corridor subay sa general nga probisyon sa General Appropriation Act (GAA).
