WANTED: LICENSE TO KILL. A motorcycle owner who had to wait for two years for his license plates to arrive couldn’t hide his disappointment at the “idiots” who proposed bigger license plates on motorcycles, purportedly to deter crimes.
“Naghuwat kog duha ka tuig para sa akong plates, karon pailisan nasad nila? Mga yabag!” he was heard saying.
He said he expects to wait for an even longer time to receive these oversized license plates.
