A man long wanted for murder was reported to have jumped to death from a building in Davao. That's what is called jumping to (his) conclusion.

Banat News of May 7, 1996 carried this news about 126 police officers signing a covenant that they would wipe out illegal gambling in their respective jurisdictions (nationwide) within 30 days.

Computer encoders should be careful about spacing. An error can result in serious trouble. Like this incident reported to me by my former media colleague Ben Ypil:

“See? A stupid spacing mistake can cause a lot of trouble,” said Ben. Trouble like marital breakup, yes?
