CEBU, Philippines - The Talisay City government has designated the covered court in barangay Lagtang as a firecracker zone where all sorts of pyrotechnics can be found and bought, fire chief inspector Randy Mendaros said.
The BFP as well as the police will seize firecrackers from sellers who have no permits.
Mendaros said the fire bureau also discourages people from exploding firecrackers to celebrate Christmas and to welcome New Year’s Day. (FREEMAN)
