Ouano-Dizon said she was prompted to draft the ordinance after nursing students Beverly Anne Felicio Balagon placed first and Mae Amor Naingue Besabille placed sixth in the recent nursing board licensure examinations. The two women are from Mandaue City. – (FREEMAN)
