Korean nat’l loses money inside hotel

CEBU, Philippines - A Korean national lost a bag containing P6,000, US$700, and important documents while at a hotel in barangay Basak in Lapu-Lapu City Friday dawn.
Police investigators identified the victim as Yoon Lo Lee, 39, married, and temporarily residing at a subdivision in barangay Basak.
Police said Yoon Lo Lee and a woman checked into a hotel in barangay Basak after emerging from a KTV bar nearby.
Inside a hotel room, the woman told Lee she was going out to buy something.
She failed to return and the Korean said he suspects the woman he met at the KTV bar could have taken his bag. (FREEMAN)
