Homeboys Basketball’s Randall Cup 2024 to kick off Saturday

CEBU, Philippines — The Homeboys Basketball in partnership with Hustle Hard will stage its Randall Cup 2024 Summer League starting on Saturday, April 13, at the Cebu Eastern College (CEC) lower courts.

The annual tilt is being held in memory of the league’s founder, the late Randall Joseph Prado.

Six teams will be seeing action namely Homeboys Original of Christopher Rey “Toper” Caruana, Conching Electrical of Yampoy Po, Eannice of Vince Castro, Nexgen of Christian “Assassin” Diaz, Underdogs of Webster Ong and Breggs Alontaga, and CEC-BDL (Ball Don’t Lie) of Duke Zabala.

They will play a single round robin in the elimination, with the top four teams advancing to a crossover semifinals. The winners will play for the championship in a winner-take-all affair.

The tournament will run for seven Saturdays. – EBV
