Perfect 10 for JKV in HNDL hoopla
CEBU, Philippines — The JKV Enterprises routed Rustans, 77-57, to remain unbeaten in Hoop Nation Developmental League (HNDL)-Sunday Night Hoops Season 2 powered by Sunsport at the City Sports Club-Cebu gym.
Rhadie Azarcon Navaja scored 12 points on top of six rebounds and three assists as JKV firmed up its grip of the solo South Division lead with a perfect 10-0 record.
On the other hand, the Brazzers beat City Sports, 68-64, to take the second spot in the South with a 6-1 win-loss mark.
Jade Matthew Gonzaga showed the way for Brazzers with 23 points, 14 rebounds, and three assists.
In the North, CEPBA stayed on top of the heap with a 9-1 slate after edging Project Hoops, 75-72.
Kent Louie Torriefiel paced CEPBA with 26 points laced with five boards and four dimes.
In the other results, Daniel Moral pumped in 23 points and eight rebounds to lift Spit On Them past Lenovo, 70-68, Joshua Benasas tallied 20 markers and eight boards as Seda ACC escaped past TUF I.T. Park, 55-53, while Nico Torremocha unloaded 18 points, six rebounds, and nine assists to power Palfox to a 66-57 drubbing of the Unknown.
Spit On Them improved to 6-3, Seda ACC now holds a 5-4 card, while Palfox notched its fourth win in nine games. — EBV
