CEBU, Philippines - Virgilio “Maton†Silvano (16-2, 10KOs) of Omega Boxing Gym hopes to snatch the vacant WBO Asia-Pacific light flyweight title as he battles Jetly Purisima (17-12, 5KOs) tonight at the Balamban Sports Complex.
