TOO GREEDY. A man told his friends that after voting in this year’s barangay elections he will transfer voter registration to a nearby barangay. His reason; the strong culture of corruption in his barangay.
He said one time there was money given by a government agency for barangay constituents, but only a fifth of the amount reached them. Later on they found out that the officials who handled the money each bought a new SUV.
