The important details to be provided in the report are the name of contractor, contract amount, and remaining balance payable to the contractor. Councilor Nestor Archival, who sponsored a resolution on the matter, said the purpose is to assess the performance and accomplishment of the administration in terms of the contracts entered into and the budget allocated.

The council likewise requested City Budget Officer Marietta Gumia, City Treasurer Mare Vae Reyes, and City Accountant Jerome Ornopia to submit a joint summary report of the total approved budget for the years 2020 and 2021, indicating the Annual Budget and all the Supplemental Budgets.
