CEBU, Philippines - An alleged level two female drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation in her house in Barangay Kalawisan, Lapu-Lapu City on Monday evening.
Operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Branch of the Cebu Provincial Police Office arrested Flordiliza Bedolido, 49, who yielded several packs of shabu.
After two weeks of surveillance, PIB operatives led by Senior Inspector Armando Labora were able to seal a supposed transaction with Bedolido and have agreed to buy from her P500 worth of shabu.
The team proceeded to Bedolido’s residence and the buy-bust operation was held inside her house.
As soon as Bedolido handed over the pack of shabu to the police decoy, she was immediately arrested.
Seized from the suspect were two medium packs and a large pack of suspected shabu, which amounted to more than P30, 000.
Labora said the suspect revealed some information that will help in their investigation to arrest more suspected drug personalities, although he refused to divulge such information pending verification.
The suspect reportedly divulged that some of her clients are known businessmen in their place and that she supplied drugs to several drug pushers in Mandaue City.
The suspect is now detained at CPPO detention cell and will face charges for selling and possessing illegal drugs. — (FREEMAN)
