Arthur Cubar, 28, was reportedly fixing tiles inside his house in Barangay Vito, Minglanilla when the electric grinder he was using suddenly malfunctioned.
The blade reportedly flew and hit Cubar's neck, almost beheading him.
Murito Cubar, Arthur's brother, found the victim bathing in his own blood and already lifeless, with the grinder near him.
