ABC`s keen attention to details of production continues to make a mark that elevates the local culinary scene by setting the standard of hearty, delicious treats. This destination for the finest croissants, baked goods, tasteful coffee blends, and all-day breakfast delights recently opened its ninth branch at the ground floor Veranda of Robinsons Galleria Cebu.

Aside from freshly-baked pastries and decadent desserts, ABC is also known for its day-long, all-time breakfast favorites such as pancakes, hand-rolled bagels and their signature bakery benedict, along with other savory delights. Sugbuanong Ani 2, a project by the Cebu Provincial Tourism Office that aims to connect small products to big hotels and chefs, giving homage to the people`s organization whose farm produce and fish catch are their main source of livelihood. The event also pays tribute to the ordinary men and women in farms and fishermen at municipal waters.

This year, Golden Prince Hotel & Suites had participated in the program and featured Cebuano Heritage pieces from ancestors, that distinct and succinct flavor that kept the local cuisine alive. The hotel used locally available ingredients and stuck to the district cooking techniques that characterize Cebuano cuisine while giving it a modern twist. Dishes served during the event were all authentic, flavorful and unique. Also highlighted were the local flavors of Tablea and Pintos as well as the well-loved Cebu Lechon.
