Serene Suburbia Living. It's a residential project that vows to connect homeowners to the right elements with its relaxing indoor and outdoor amenities - Azalea Place. It is set to "make city living done right." The location alone is already a premium. It is across the UP Cebu campus in Lahug. Aside from serenity in suburbia atmosphere, homeowners need not move around that much to get to excellent joints that offer food and entertainment. Hence, Azalea offers the real Lahug way of life, taking cue from the Cebuano term "lahug-lahug" or "lahoy-lahoy" which means "where one can easily pass through."
