New general manager

Frugère, who  has 15 years of work experience in the same position at various luxury and five-star hotels in different countries such as France, USA, Switzerland, North Africa, Maldives, Mauritius and Oman. Mr. Frugère has handled world-renowned hotel brands such as the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Kerzner International’s luxurious One & Only Resorts.

Mr. Frugère is widely knowledgeable in the business of convention centers and casinos, making him the perfect one to manage Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino. Prior to joining Waterfront, he was General Manager in Sun Hotels & Resorts, a chain of luxury hotels in Maldives, and the group General Manager for a private hotel owner in the Sultanate of Oman, the Middle East, where he stayed for about three years. Mr. Frugère’s vast work experience is sure to provide an international flare to Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino’s competitiveness in the hotel industry.
