CEBU, Philippines - The Cebu fashion scene recently got a boost with the opening of F&F at Ayala Center. The Cebu store is the fourth in the Philippines, adding to their list of branches in1,600 locations worldwide.
Says Managing Director Marcus Chipchase, F&F features different collections every six weeks. The current offering is its Spring 2014 collection: women's wear, men's wear and kid's wear that are creative, vibrant and with a touch of luxury. Their goal, Chipchase explains, is to provide high-end looks with low-end prices that would cater to the different sectors of the society, including the single moms who still want to look fashionable. He adds that their products have a broad appeal without compromising its integral quality, design exclusivity, and value for money.
F&F's coming to the Philippines is prompted by the chain's success with customers in other places of the world. The brand does not follow the usual practice by other international brands of first conquering Manila. F&F first opened in Cagayan de Oro City, with the next two branches in Gen. Santos, all in Mindanao.
Another five stores will open in the country within the year. F&F is the only clothing brand owned and operated by the giant multinational retail chain Tesco. Its exclusive Philippine distributor is Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI). (FREEMAN)
