CEBU, Philippines - Have you wondered what it would be like to live as animals? To see the world in their eyes and understand the special behavioural traits that allows them to prevail in their natural habitats? On BE THE CREATURE, find out why animals live as they do and the unique adaptations that they have developed over time that lets themthrive and survive in their environments. Follow naturalists and documentary filmmakers Chris and Martin Kratt (the same brothers from the animated series WILD KRATTS) as they explore the biology, physiology, and natural behaviours of these unique creatures and search for what it truly means to BE THE CREATURE when it premieres every weekday at 6:00 p.m., starting January 29. Encores the following weekday at 12:30 p.m.

In each episode, the Kratt Brothers travel to different remote areas of wilderness - by boat, plane, car and foot - andlive closely with the animalsin order to understand the different fascinating kinds of cultures that are exclusive to each species.Some of which includethe ritualised "stick fight" carried out by male ring-tailed lemurs, daily grooming sessions banded mongooses fulfil to kick start the day and a rare practice, among other animals in wild, adopted by African wild dogs of feeding and sharing hunt with one another, regardless of age and position in the hierarchy.

Over the course of the series, young viewers will be let in on cool factoids and insights highlighting areas such as functionality, social nature and nutrition types of various animals.  But apart from exposing kids to the distinct attributes and adaptations of animals, BE THE CREATURE also helps them identify the individual roles of these creatures and how they affect their environments, be they predator or prey.  Complete with unexpected events and spontaneous occurrences; fully experience the animal kingdom with nature enthusiasts, Chris and Martin Kratt!
