CEBU, Philippines — Cebu-based residential developer Primary Homes Inc., is strengthening its stance to provide affordable homes to the rest of the Visayan market.
In an interview with Ramero F. Espina, PHI vice president for sales and marketing, he said while most developers are capitalizing the robust demand for vertical residential projects especially in urban areas, the company is filling in the gap in providing middle-income projects or pocket subdivisions.
Aside from Cebu, Primary Homes is also looking at launching more housing projects in Bohol, Negros Oriental and Negros Occidental.
Low cost housing will also be built in the cities of Toledo and Cebu. Affordable homes in Bogo, and resort homes in Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City.
Despite the entry of more developers in Cebu and other parts in the Visayas, Espina said the opportunity for home projects is still huge.
PHI is banking on its ability to deliver high quality, yet affordable housing products, which has become the brand’s reputation in the last 30 years.
Over the years, Primary Homes has built 45 projects, these have transformed into beautiful and elegant communities. It built various types of residential projects, such as High-rise, mid-rise, walk up, resort type, pocket size, upper-middle, economic and socialized.
