Filipino Homes launches digital buy-and-sell app
CEBU, Philippines — Filipino Homes, a Cebuano-owned real estate and property products and solutions provider, pioneers the offering of digital applications introducing buy-and-sell of properties in the mobile world.
Filipino Homes recently introduced its mobile app, which is downloadable in both android and IOS platforms and the first of its kind in the Philippines, claimed the company’s founder and chief executive officer (CEO) Anthony Gerard Leuterio.
“This is the first app of its kind in the Philippines that provides lists of nationwide properties, including 550 developers with 1,300 projects that buyers can choose from,” said Leuterio adding that listings are updated regularly, depends on the availability of properties and those that are newly launched.
Through the app, the buyers can also choose their broker or agent based on the listings, and they can negotiate directly—real time.
All Filipino Homes’ accredited agents and brokers will be listed on the app with their contact numbers and brief description for buyers to access.
“What is unique with this platform is it has three-sided model. Agents can help agents; buyers can choose their preferred agents on the listing, and agents can look for buyers and ask support from their co-agents,” he explained.
Leuterio, who just completed a Digital Disruptive study at Oxford, and Digital Business Strategy course in MIT, said Filipino Homes Group is preparing to fully embrace the disruptive business environment by introducing more innovations in real estate and property selling, he described as “smart selling.”
“Digital platform is the key. Filipino Homes creates online systems that enable customers and partners to connect directly with each other virtually — in real time,” he said.
