We all dream of having a day like this once in a while: nothing goes wrong, the weather is perfect, we are surrounded by company we like (or maybe we’re all alone and that’s a luxury for us), and we’re doing something we truly love, which could be going on a road trip or doing absolutely nothing.


When I’m stuck in traffic or having a particularly difficult day, I think about my own perfect day – spending time with my husband, kids and dogs with no worries or deadlines. The anticipation alone brightens up my day.
