The police identified the fatality as Edgar Tolentino, a grade school pupil of Barangay Maysan. The boy and his younger sister, Elisa, were reported missing during the storm last Saturday. The girl is still missing, the police said.

Tolentino’s bloated body was discovered by his relatives Frank Hombro and Roger Abejo, floating on Maysan Creek along Maysan Road at around 7 a.m.
