Multi-titled paralympian Arnold Balais and the fast-rising Noel Gonzales grabbed the two golds, while decorated Rolando Alvarez and Hilario Romano grabbed a silver each in the 50m freestyle.
Balais got his first gold under the S-9 classification of the orthopedically-handicapped swimmers and Gonzalez in the S-7 class.
