"Bataan leaders are all behind the candidacy of President Arroyo," said Roman, who has served as governor for 16 years. Engr. Cynthia Fineza, head construction section of the DPWH of the first engineering district in Bataan, told The STAR that the waterworks projects are distributed in the towns of Abucay, Samal and Hermosa and are expected to be completed before the end of the month.
