                    [Summary] => BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya — More than 5,000 delegates from the region’s five provinces are expected to converge at the sprawling Dumlao stadium  today for the opening of the Cagayan Valley Regional Athletic Association meet (CAVRAA).


 The Department of Education (DepEd) , which hosts this year’s athletic meet, said that the delegations are composed of athletes, coaches and representatives of the different participating schools, colleges and universities from the region’s five provinces, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino and Batanes.
