[Summary] => Love affairs are supposed to be short and sweet, but I have been in love with Baguio far too long – maybe long enough to make a commitment. I do not live there and do not know anyone I could visit but as soon as I: a) get a vacation, b) make excuses to get off from work, or c) a crisis arises, I quickly pack my bag, buy a ticket at the Cubao bus station and just go. Forget about the bumpy eight-hour journey (during which I dutifully fall asleep anyway). Every trip, for whatever reason, cures my real and imagined ills and is definitely a lot better than sulking!
