[Summary] => COTABATO CITY Police are hunting down a Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) officer who allegedly gunned down a teenager during a verbal tussle at a videoke pub here a week ago.
Senior Inspector Abdulwahid Pedtucasan, chief of the citys police precinct 1, said witnesses have positively identified Inspector Eduardo Buluhan as the one who repeatedly shot 17-year-old Errol Saavedra inside a roadside beer joint here.
Police have filed murder charges against Buluhan and have mobilized intelligence agents to arrest him, Pedtucasan said.
