[Summary] => LINGAYEN, Pangasinan A motorcycle-riding gunman killed a former vice mayor of Bani town Tuesday night, police said.
Investigators said the victim, Reynaldo Cacho, 42, was drinking a softdrink in front of a store in the Bani poblacion when the gunman shot him twice in the chest.
Cacho died while being treated at the Western Pangasinan District Hospital in Alaminos town.
