Ex-vice mayor gunned down

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan A motorcycle-riding gunman killed a former vice mayor of Bani town Tuesday night, police said.
Investigators said the victim, Reynaldo Cacho, 42, was drinking a softdrink in front of a store in the Bani poblacion when the gunman shot him twice in the chest.
Cacho died while being treated at the Western Pangasinan District Hospital in Alaminos town.
The gunman was described as about 32 to 35 years old, five-foot, seven-inches tall, brown-complexioned and wearing a black hat and black sweatshirt. Cesar Ramirez
